About
Software for clubs, by someone who got tired of the workarounds.
Corkboard was built alongside a real working wine club, not designed from a blank page.
The story
Where it started
Corkboard started as a personal wine cellar app: a way to keep track of what was in the fridge, what was ready to drink, and what to open with dinner. The hard parts of that problem turned out to be the same hard parts a wine club has, a hundred times over.
So it grew a back office, built around how a working Phoenix wine club operates: their real catalog, their pickup events, and their delivery runs across a metro that takes an hour to cross.

What it is
Two halves of one system
Clubs get a back office that knows what a wine club needs: box recipes, member preferences, event depletion and delivery routing. Members get an app that makes belonging to the club feel like more than a monthly charge.
It's built on Odoo, so the essential parts (invoicing, inventory, accounting, point of sale, carrier shipping) are mature software maintained by people who do that for a living. What's built on top is the part that's about wine.

What it is

Set up around how you work
Some clubs run big pickup events, some deliver white-glove across a metro, some ship everything by carrier. Your fulfillment mix, your zones, your box rules and your tiers are configured around how you work. That's part of getting started, not a change order.

A quick walkthrough with your own wine list and members beats any feature list. Tell me a bit about your club and I'll set one up.
