How a month actually runs.
Every club works to the same rhythm: decide the box, build it, get it into members' hands, learn from what happened. Corkboard follows that rhythm.
The monthly rhythm

Choose the month's wines
Build a recipe from what's on hand. Corkboard knows every member's exclusions and tells you up front who needs a substitute.

Build the boxes
One recipe becomes every member's box. Swaps happen per member, and stock depletes as boxes are packed.

Get them to members
Pickup events, booked pickups, white-glove delivery or carrier shipping: each member picks.

Close out and learn
See what was delivered and what was missed. The bottles land in members' cellars.

Every member picks how they want theirs: collect it at a pickup event, book a time to come in, or have it delivered.
Clubs that ship by carrier can. UPS, FedEx and the rest run on Odoo's own shipping framework, with rates and tracking numbers on the shipment.

When it's delivery, the run plans itself
What's left after pickups becomes the delivery list, shown on a map and grouped by the zones you draw for your town.

Ask which days work
Each member gets a personal link showing only the days you'll be in their area.

Confirm the day
When enough have replied, confirm. Everyone in the run is told the day and the hours.

Drive the run
Routes are built on real drive times, stop by stop, with turn-by-turn on the phone or a printed run sheet.

Sign at the door
A finger signature, a name and a timestamp land against the stop: a real record.

Close out and learn
See what was delivered and what was missed; anything skipped rolls into the next run automatically.
The bottles land in members' cellars, and the club starts building a picture of what people actually drink.
