Hosting Schedule

Corkboard for Business — Corkboard-hosted deployments

Version 1.0 · Effective Date: October 16, 2026

This Hosting Schedule describes how Corkboard, LLC, an Arizona limited liability company ("Corkboard") hosts a customer's system when the customer's Order Form provides for Corkboard-hosted deployment. It forms part of the Corkboard for Business Terms and Conditions of Service. It does not apply to customer-hosted deployments.

1. HOSTING ENVIRONMENT

Corkboard hosts each customer's system on cloud servers managed through Corkboard's hosting providers, located in the United States. Corkboard chooses the data center within the United States and may move a customer's system between U.S. locations, for example for cost or proximity, without notice and without amending this Schedule. Each customer's data is kept in its own dedicated database; no customer can access another customer's database.

2. AVAILABILITY TARGET

Corkboard targets availability of 99.5% per calendar month for each hosted system, excluding planned maintenance and the exclusions in Section 8.

3. PLANNED MAINTENANCE

Planned maintenance, such as operating-system updates and software upgrades, is scheduled where practical outside the customer's business hours and announced at least 48 hours in advance. Urgent security maintenance may be performed with shorter or no notice.

4. BACKUPS

  • Unless the customer's Order Form states higher levels: backups of each hosted database are taken at least once every 24 hours;
  • Backups are kept for 30 days; and
  • Backups are stored separately from the server that runs the customer's system.

On request, Corkboard will provide the customer with a copy of a recent backup of its database.

5. RECOVERY OBJECTIVES

If a server fails permanently, Corkboard's recovery objectives are:

  • Recovery Point Objective (RPO): 24 hours — the most recent work that may be lost; and
  • Recovery Time Objective (RTO): one business day — the time within which the system should be back online.

6. SECURITY

  • All web connections are encrypted with HTTPS (TLS);
  • User passwords are stored only in hashed form;
  • Servers receive automatic operating-system security updates and are protected by firewalls; and
  • Access to servers is limited to Corkboard personnel and providers who need it, using individual keys.

7. MONITORING AND INCIDENTS

Corkboard monitors hosted systems and will notify affected customers without unreasonable delay of any outage or security incident that materially affects their system or data, and of the steps being taken.

8. EXCLUSIONS

The targets in this Schedule do not apply to unavailability or data loss caused by: the customer's actions, customizations, or third-party modules; failures of the customer's own networks, devices, or providers; suspension under the Agreement or the Acceptable Use Policy; or events described in the force-majeure section of the Agreement.

9. NATURE OF THESE TARGETS

The availability, backup, and recovery figures in this Schedule are operational targets based on the design of Corkboard's infrastructure and the commitments of its hosting providers. They are not guarantees, and no service credits or other remedies apply to them unless the customer's Order Form expressly provides otherwise.

10. CHANGES

Corkboard may update this Schedule, for example when it changes hosting providers. Each version carries a version number and effective date, prior versions remain available at corkboardbusiness.com/legal, and a new version applies to a customer as described in the Corkboard for Business Terms and Conditions of Service.
